About Amanda
Supporting pregnancy and birth has always been more of a passion than a career for me. I've worked in the medical field since 2010, and no matter the role, I’ve always found ways to center my work around maternal health. My experience and credentials are listed here, but more importantly I’d like to describe what the work means to me.
Becoming a parent is one of the most transformative journeys a person can experience. While modern medicine has brought incredible advancements and greater safety, it has also distanced us from the deeply personal, instinctual nature of birth.
I want to be part of the cultural change that brings pregnancy and birth back to the individual. This is your pregnancy, your birth, your family—and you deserve to feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout it all.
We trust our bodies to instinctively know what to do during pregnancy, yet when it comes time to give birth, many people feel full of doubt or out of control. I believe in reconnecting with that trust, that instinct — to be by your side reassuring you that your body is not only capable but unique and powerful. My work is about equipping families with the education, tools, and support needed to experience birth from a place of confidence in your own choices and instincts, with all the knowledge and support you need to have the fullest experience you want for your family.
